That's a mix of Cod4 AAO and cod5 - But that should give ya a good idea on the dallas location

Thanks, they are a bit better then other providers but I was still getting close to 1 sec delay from Aus, the Seattle ones should be better and will check it out when you get a chance to post them.

I want to thank Tommy @ Clan-Solutions & yapple here at AON for all yhe help getting our new server up & going. There were a few issues with the AP but with a couple of phone calls & the meeting of the minds all is good. Our server ( OuterZone 67.228.45.161:1716 ) is extremely smooth, pings are low & support is excellent. I would recommend Clan-Solution highly to anyone seeking a Game Server/TS. Again, Thanks for the help gentlemen.

How long dose it take to get a server online and access to the CP.. i have ordered a 10 slot non honor server and payment was taken i have yet to be able to log into the cp and no one picks up the phone at the number on the website

anyone who has a server with them may be you can let me know how long it took to set u up and get access to everything.

i'll never deal with this compeny worset response i have ever gotten from any server provider .. good luck to everyone else.

note to anyone getting them if you make sure you do not have a blacked number or they don't anser there phones. like my self i have a perma block number you can not unblock my number so for people like me there is no phone support from the Provider and servers take 24 hrs to set up. i could not find anyere on the site that showed this so i thought i'd include it in my post. other then that i have heard good things about them.

but i guess i'm one of the few that did not like the Custmer servus stuff.

Sorry for your inconvenience in not being able to reach phone support.  However that would not have been a problem if your number was not blocked.  That was and is totally out of clan solutions control.  Please keep in mind as well, e-mail support is reachable 24/7 with clan-solutions.  All e-mails are answered in a reasonable time. 

An idea "future" for contacting via phone support with clan solutions is to use a phone that has blocking turned off.  Depending on your carrier, there are codes you can enter before dialing a specific number that would allow your information to show "name and number" of person calling, then simply turn it back on when call is complete.

As for the time required to fully set-up a server whether honor or non-honor.  There are times when it is justified to take upto 24 hours.  However for the most part that is usually not the case and servers are setup in less time.  We would hope also that you would take into fact, that clan-solutions has recently branched out its game server locations to include now the west and east cost of the US.  This in itself is a big under-taking and is still on-going.

I sincerely hope that you will take the time to consider your future with us, as we will do what is necessary to the best of our ability to satisfy our customers.  Serving the public is what we do best and have been for many years.  Clan-solutions longevity with the gaming community is what kept me as a loyal client, regardless of any speed-bumps along the way.

I may try and get a server with them some time in the futer but as it stands being called a punk by email from them kind makes me not wanna spend any money with them right now. so who knows maybe one day :)

Please understand his frustration too.  Clan Solutions is a business and gets MANY calls form blocked numbers, hell my numbers even blocked.  I just leave a msg and when they are able to they get back to right away.  Please remember that everyone even the hosting companies have lives, sometime it includes you and sometimes it includes others.  Please remember that you are not the only one on this earth that needs help or wants something.

I can guarantee you that patience even tho i have little does payoff to have it.  Repeated vulguar phone calls/messages or trouble tickets don't want many to help you make, maybe help refund your monies quicker.  I have had numerous requests that I have over the years submitted either trouble ticket/email/ phone message and waited for my turn in line. 

Truly a class act and honorable company Clan Solutions are, maybe give it some time and try again.  World class service and quality servers and a great price, you really cannot beat them.

thie price i can beat and the servus i would say in my eyes not that great any good compeny would not send people emails calling them a punk. i put in one ticket and 2 phone calls if they would have said on there site our number dose not take blocked calls maybe i would have gone out to find a deffent phone.  But atlest i found out now before having a server with them. maybe one day when they stop insulting people i'll reconseder then as a posiblity. but any compeny that insults someone is not worth my money.

Please don't-- Really would rather not have you as a client. I know that is pretty rough sounding, but life is too short and I'd rather have mature / realistic clients.

Not real sure what your problem or issue is, not that I really care any longer
But at least get your facts correct.
(Don't sit there and write that the phone was never answered due to a blocked number. It went to voice mail, so
it was in fact answered 8 times at least. 8 blocked and 3 Unknowns for a total of 11 phone calls in a little over a 2 hr. period)

At 7:25pm you placed an order for a 10 slot non honor server for $10.00
At 7:26 Paypal sent notice of funds
At 7:26pm The System sent you that your payment has been received and your order would be setup
At 7:49 you sent in a trouble ticket wanting to know when your game server would be setup
At 7:51 Tech Support replied that your game server was in the queue to be setup and the system would email
you when your account became active.
At 7:55 you opened another Trouble Ticket
At 8:01 you opened yet another Ticket
At 8:15 You opened yet another Ticket
At 8:47 You sent me a PM over at AON (Guess your were not happy with the answer you got from tech support)
At 9:13 You posted your first comments to the AON forums (Guess due to I did not even get your PM until next day)
At 10:02 you disputed charges with Paypal
At 10:11 you got your refund
But let's not forget the 8 Phone Calls that rolled into voice mail between 7:49 and 8:12.

Then the one Phone call that threatened that if you game server was not set up in 5 mins you would
dispute paypal at 9:55.

It was decided be me, that I did not want you as a client, nor did I need your business that bad.
So in less time then it takes most companies to answer one trouble ticket,  You, sent 5 trouble tickets, 8 voice mails, one PayPal Dispute, 1 AON forum post, and one AON forum PM.

Total Money Spent by you $10.00
Total time as a client, 2:41 mins. (not really a client, more a passerby then anything-
Total time worrying about your post here -- as long as it took me to write this --5 mins of my life I'll never get back :)
7 years in business, 1 paypal dispute --

This is a public forum and an open thread. You should expect to get both good and bad reviews. You should also expect other providers offering their services to someone who does not like the service they received, much like your post in the Operation Gaming thread.

From my experience in customer service, there was one thing pounded into my head. The customer is always right. That’s if you agree with them or not, and they should be shown respect not matter what.
